The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is a self-help book unlike any that I have read before. Published in 2016, this book has been a ‘must-read’ since. And I can see why.
I am halfway through the book, and I love it! Manson’s voice throughout the story is interesting, amusing, and real. He isn’t trying to force-feed any ‘band-aid’ fix for life’s problems. He provides realistic concepts and interesting anecdotes.
He harps on the importance of accepting that life sucks sometimes, and there is absolutely no way to avoid this… AND YOU SHOULDN’T TRY TO. He talks about re-evaluating and prioritizing good values to make our inevitable suffering through life WORTHWHILE and MEANINGFUL. And as the title suggests, Manson explains why it is important to choose what is important for you to give a f*uck about.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is one hundred percent worth the read for anyone and everyone (granted that they are comfortable with excessive swearing) who is ready to hear tough advice and do something with it. It will make you laugh, and it will make you think.
